Our warranty covers any defects related to the heater, temperature control, outer container or other parts of the Sauna Pod that may cause problems with the function of the device. This product provides an additional 1 year warranty on top of the statutory 2 year product warranty upon purchase.

However, please note that damage caused by customer misuse or mishandling is not covered under the warranty. So to ensure that your Sauna Pod lasts as long as possible, please follow the instructions carefully when setting up, using, and maintaining the device, and avoid exposing it to extreme weather, sharp objects, or any other damaging conditions.
